Eoemtea prepares every tea order with attention to origin, grade, leaf style, aroma, moisture control, packaging integrity and export documentation. Our guarantee is focused on the real condition of the tea you receive, not on exaggerated claims.
Tea matched to your confirmed order
Your tea should match the product name, grade, origin, style, packing method and quantity confirmed before shipment. This includes green tea, black tea, organic tea and customized wholesale or OEM packing when these details are part of the order.
Protected for normal transport and storage
Tea is sensitive to moisture, odors, sunlight and heat. We use sealed packaging suitable for the order type so that the tea arrives clean, dry and ready for proper storage after delivery.
Please inspect the outer carton, inner bag, product label and tea appearance within 7 days of receipt. If you see visible damage, moisture, wrong items or packing problems, keep the carton and take clear photos before opening or repacking further.
How we resolve a confirmed issue
If a tea quality, packing or shipment issue is confirmed, we will work with you on a practical solution such as replacement, credit, refund for the affected goods or another agreed arrangement. Issues caused by improper storage after delivery are not covered.
